Alyssa was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2024. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law. During law school, Alyssa served as the President of the Gender-Sexualities Alliance, where she reinstated the organization and spoke on a variety of law school panels. Alyssa worked in the fields of Products Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Estate Planning and Personal Injury prior to joining Lauren Buchanan & Associates.

Alyssa is originally from Batavia, Illinois. She now resides with her wife, Maggie, in Des Plaines, Illinois. Alyssa likes to golf, enjoys legal research and writing, and loves to go to stand-up comedy shows and concerts.
